Celtic 1 v 0 Dundee United, League - 20/02/10

report MC

The Bhoys fae Caithness again headed down the A9 to watch the timalloys play on board the good bus blargoans.

We had just settled our erse's on the seat when there was a tannoy announcement by our new bus driver known locally as Gordon the hun Harris !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! informing us that we had to go and rescue Michael 'young pup' King who had managed to park his car on the only high level kerb in Thurso whilst pickin up Cuddles.

When we arrived on scene we were greeted with one of the biggest trippin faces since Reissy had hair. HELP ME came the cry ma fithers havin kittens and ma Mither wants to slap me aboot the heed (it was Mrs Fiona's car). In no time at all e troops had gathered around the Corsa - Our Finlay put a tin o spinach in him, I thought it was a tinnie o apple juice but he is adamant it was spinach and we all lifted the car back on to the road.

The Italian Job but we got something similar back on the road!!!

Fair play to young kinger he barked out orders like a Dounreay forman.

We finally got on the road headin to Week to pick up Evan, David & Fred the joiner who were just aboot frozen to the spot and then at great haste to Glasgow.

A welcome return to the bus was Willie 'am no a bad lad' Mackay. It seems that this girl friend carry on is wearing him oot wee all these romantic walks and trying to smuggle her past James Mackay & Margaret so he could show his Donna his collection o elasticated PJ's wee teddy bear patterns !!.

Keeping the bus entertained was the Zippy who's story tellin is pish by the way.

Callum again came with all his bubble bee attire which is always handy at the piss stops to stop the cars seeing you wizz as they just stare at him.

Messers Centre, Campbell, Nicolson, Rudderford, Drummond, & Big Davy Swanson plus the young team o King, Cuddles and Mackay had by now built up some thirst playing at recovery men and downed some Apple Juice and Barley drinks.

Efter the game we gathered to head home minus Old Nicolson (he is FORTY on Wednesday so he is the second oldest member after Jimmy). He had taken off to Inverness to stay the night wee some mad Irishmen but alas by the time we reached Inverness a phone call from our Theresa had changed that and ma lad climbed back onto the good bus Blargoans wee his tail between his legs much to the amusement of Gordon the hun Harris.

Before we knew it and before the singing had finished and Big Davy Swan had lost his voice we were headin down the Stainland just in time to have a night cap in TJ's and let poor Alec Macinness and Fiona head home for a asprin having listened to all the pish that was talked thoughout the day.

Again a great day out in good company that comes from being part o the CELTIC family.

hail hail & T.A.L.

PS - Mr Chairman we look forward to our pressie of 22 pints o lager for recovery of your car.
