Throwing Training/Exhibition - Season 2007

Three Scottish throwing coaches which included Hugh Murray and his up-and-coming athlete, Neil Elliot came up to have a training day with the kids. In the morning everyone got to come and in the afternoon, the older ones who were specifically into throwing had their chance to pick up some new techniques.
