Club Championship Results and Trophy winners - 2008

The club championships were held at the end of the season and as usual the weather was not very favourable. The younger age groups competed in 5 events, 3 Track and 2 Field, and the older age groups take part in 6 events, 3 Track and 3 Field, with the final positions based on overall points.

The final positions were as follows:-

  • U9 Girls:-
    • Champion - Stephanie Eyers
    • 2nd = Rachel Cowie and Gabrielle Macgregor
    • 4th - Lucy McIntosh
    • 5th = Katie Mackay and Erin Britton
    • 7th - Iona Maclachan.
  • U11 Girls:-
    • Champion - Megan Mackay
    • 2nd - Rhiannon Kirk
    • 3rd - Robyn Aitkenhead
    • 4th - Chloe Anderson
    • 5th - Alex Paul
    • 6th -Nicola Grey
    • 7th - Eilidh Harper.

The Club Prizegiving then took place in the Thurso Club with the awards as follows:
