Petrofac Round 2, Inverness - 23/05/2010

33 Caithness athletes took part in the second meeting of the PETROFAC athletics league on Sunday the 23rd May at Queens Park in Inverness. The weather was warm and the standard was high with many PBs.

Of note on the day were U/11 Girls Stephanie Eyers and Lucy Mcintosh who gained first A and B string in the Javelin both with excellent throws, while U11 Boy Cameron Earnshaw took first place in the Long Jump.

Natasha Morris U/17, and Sam O'Kane U/20 continued their success with new PB's in the Shot Putt and Discus respectively and making a welcome return to the league was Andrew Raeburn competing in the Senior Mens 200m race also gaining a new PB
