Highlands, Islands and Grampian Region track and field championships, Inverness - 30/05/11

15 CAAC athletes took part at the recent Highlands, Islands and Grampian Region track and field championships at Queens Park Stadium in Inverness.

This is the first Scottish Athletics Championship run under the International Amateur Athletics age groups that has 'even' age groups with different cut off dates to what would normally be run.

Scottish Athletics are piloting the change this year at championship events.

Despite the changes, CAAC athletes came home with 5 Gold medals, 4 Silver medals and 5 Bronze.
