CBA End-of-Season Dinner Dance - 23/04/05

This years End-of-Season Dance was held in the Northern Sands, Dunnet. Always a popular spot for a good feed, jig and dram the new owners didn't let the County Squash and Badminton players, down. And, all of this was organised by Janice Campbell, Castletown - who did an excellent job.

Andy Nicolson, CBA Chairman, Sandy Stewart, TSC (Thurso Squash Club) Chairman and Jim Georgeson, WSC (Wick Squash Club) Chairman provided speeches on this seasons hectic schedules and events, which was followed by a presentation of trophies, including players of the year by Carole Mowat, for the CBA.

This years CBA Players of the Year were:-

• Senior Player of the Year - Mark Mackay
• Junior Player of the Year - Donna Majilton (Wick) & Michelle Cowie (Thurso)

An excellent night was had by all and thanks to Chris Nicolson for taking the photos shown below, as I was unable to attend until later on.
