Shetland Inter-County - Season 2009-2010 - 04/03/10

Caithness took the honours in the annual inter-county versus Shetland.

A handful of injury-enforced absences proved too big a handicap for the islanders who lost the silverware after being beaten 11-1 in the contest at Thurso High games hall last Thurday evening.

While Caithness deserved their success, the margin of victory was harsh on the visitors, given that they lost out in all four games that went to three sets.
