Duck finishes with a light summary

It's very disappointing to finish the season third from bottom of the league table but most people connected with the club would probably have settled for that when we went down 9-0 at home to Swifts.

Form since then has been really good and we've played some good football over the past 6 weeks, with our only county defeats in that period coming in the last two games when we have had a very depleted squad.

We can hopefully build on this impressive end to the campaign next year but it will need one or two additions to the squad and will most certainly need the guys that are currently involved to be prepared to put in a hard shift of winter training to get the fitness levels up.
