Andy wins first Classic

eBiGH.com presents the trophy to Andy Bain

eBiGH.com decided to provide a trophy for a group of players that were in the same range of golf skills and also include a pair of more experienced players to take part in the eBiGH.com Handicap Classic Trophy.

With treacherous weather conditions taking over the proceedings, it was touch and go whether the tournament would go ahead but with determination and the privilege of having the winners name on the trophy for the first time being an added bonus, a unanimous decision meant it was full steam ahead.

After completing the course (Reay GC) it was Andy Bain, Reay Golf Club - who provided a steady round of 87 (11) 76 to lift the trophy for the first time.

Hopefully, next seasons tournament will be played under better conditions and who knows, the field may need to be extended as to the interest being shown from other competitors.
