Debutante Ross strolls through!

The weekend's other golf came in the form of the Corfin Bogey, a competition were each player pits his wits against the course in a matchplay format.

In his debut season on the main tour, young Ross Munro blew the field, the course and the bogey away!

Ross beat the course by a handsome 8 strokes and the field by 4 strokes. But that wasn't the end of it. Closer inspection of Master Ross's card revealed that had the format been strokeplay, he would have posted a net 56!!! Even as we speak the handicap secretary has his magnifying glass and scalpel poised, preparing for some serious cutting!
