Bob wins two out of two

Bob Robertson made it two wins in two weeks with an impressive display of shot making in Saturday's Sweep at Thurso Golf Club.

Having won the Medal the previous week Robertson handled Saturday's frosty conditions very well, particularly the second time around.

At the half way stage, one of Robertson's playing partners, Ed Wylie appeared to have the edge but, despite improving on his second nine, had no answer to Robertson who had seven threes in nine holes in a winning nett 62, six clear of Wylie who held on for second place by a shot from Alf Williamson.
